Reporting

Under the Reports tab in your Workflow nav you can access your reporting complete with a fully integrated visualization that provides you with a detailed accounting of: “All Work,” “Details Quotes,” “Details Invoices,” a “Services and Products Breakdown,” and “Cumulative $” which is an accounting of your revenue as it relates to your quoted amounts.

At the top of the Reports tab you’ll find a summary of your Quotes, Jobs and Invoices including a useful breakdown of each one. If you click on these headings you can jump straight to the respective Workflow tab (whether Quotes, Jobs or Invoices).

From the drop down menus along the top of your graph you can access each of the different report options. You can also easily specify time frames to limit what data is represented on the graph.

If you hover over any of the data points on the graph you’ll notice a balloon pops up that tells you what line and what amount the data point refers to. If you find that your graphs are getting too  busy you can always temporarily disable any of the lines by clicking on the corresponding icon in the legend.
