Our Website Forms (or Webforms) give you all the tools you need to create any type of form you like. The most common and perhaps most useful being Quote Request Forms. You can create a form that your Clients can use to request a Quote and have us host it on our servers or you can post it up on your own website.
Turning Website Forms on
Before you get started creating any webforms you need to make sure the Add-on is activated.
Website Form Options
Once you’ve confirmed that the Website Forms Add-on is active you can start setting up your Website Forms and customizing your options.
The “Basic Setup” page allows you to select from some straightforward options.

You can select one (or more) Team Member to whom a Quote is assigned when it is generated by a client through the Request Form. You can also choose whether a phone number field is required to be filled out and whether or not a property address is “optional,” ”required” or you can choose not to ask for one at all. Remember to update your settings in order to save any changes you’ve made.
Jobber is designed from the ground up to be flexible, our Website Forms are no different. You can choose to embed the webform you’ve created in your site or you can choose to direct clients to a page hosted by Jobber itself.
Embedded Forms
By clicking on “Form Style” you can specify certain options for your embedded forms.

You can enter your own title, specify the font and the dimensions of the form and preview what the form will look like when embedded.
Hosted Pages
By clicking on “Hosted Page Style” you can specify many of the same options.
A “Hosted Page” can include a return URL used to send clients back to your own website.

Just as with “Embedded Forms,” Jobber also gives you a preview of what your form might look like.
