The Company Branding section of your Account Settings is where you define a few things that will appear on all of your communications with your customers, including Quotes, Jobs and Invoices.
As always, remember to click ‘Update Settings’ to update any changes you’ve made to any of your settings.
Basic Information
The basic information that should be provided is your Company Name, Contact Phone Number and Email Address and the Mailing Address of your business. You can also provide additional details in this section such as a Fax Number of Website if you like.

Your Company Logo
You can upload a copy of your Company Logo that will be automatically used on Quotes, Jobs and Invoices that you send to your customers.
Click the “Open Logo Uploader” button, click ‘Choose File’ to find your logo image on your hard drive, and then click ‘Upload’.
Note: Your logo image must be in PNG or JPG format

Once the image has been uploaded you can crop to suit your needs, and then preview what it will look like on an actual PDF document.

From your Branding page you can also decide whether or not you want your company name to appear on your client’s documentation – meaning that if your logo image contains your company name anyway, there won’t be any duplication!

Your logo will appear on your document headers (including your Webforms and the credit card payment page) so be sure to choose a version that is large enough.
PDF Templates
At the very bottom of the Company Branding settings you’ll find a handful of templates that you can choose from. These templates allow you to select the look and organization of the PDF Quotes, Jobs and Invoices that you send to your customers.
One particularly useful template is “#9 Envelope”. This template is designed to align the Customer and Return address specifically for a #9 Double Window envelope. Using this template you can say goodbye to printing labels or hand writing addresses on envelopes to send to your customers.
Always remember to click ‘Update Settings’ at the bottom of the screen any time you make a change to a settings page.
